● All skincare products are delicate, so exchanges are permitted only within 3 days of purchase.

● Clients purchasing a voucher for eyelash extension services must pay the upgrade fee in advance, and no refunds will be issued for the upgrade fee.
● Vouchers will become void if clients fail to attend their appointments without prior notice. (Notice will not be accepted after the appointment time.)
● Gift vouchers and online vouchers must be used before the expiration date. If no expiry date is specified, gift vouchers are valid for 2 months from the purchase date.
● Pets are not permitted in the salon.
● Children must be supervised by adults at all times. Please arrange for someone to accompany you to supervise your children. We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur to your children in the salon, and any damage to the salon or products will be your responsibility.
● Regarding eyelash extension services, in addition to the policies listed in the consent form, if a majority of the eyelash extensions (10–15 lashes) fall out within 3 days of your service, we are happy to provide a complimentary touch-up. However, if more than 3 days have passed, we cannot be held responsible for any charges related to refills or full sets.
● We are not liable if you accidentally pull out your lashes, regardless of intention.
● To prevent multiple uses of the same promotion by an individual, we may request a photo ID.
● Promotions cannot be combined.
● If you have any allergies, please inform our staff. MiuK will not be responsible for any issues that arise if we are not notified.
● All underlying health conditions must be disclosed prior to any services. MiuK shall not be held liable for any issues or risks that may arise as a result. 1. For any products you have purchased (all of the following conditions must be met for a refund):
● No refunds will be issued for opened products.
● Due to the delicate nature of serum products, no refunds or exchanges will be granted once you leave our store.
● You have 3 days to return any other products for a refund or exchange, provided the product is found to be faulty.
● Please be mindful of your body conditions (e.g., allergies, skin conditions, etc.) before purchasing to avoid any negative reactions, as we cannot be held responsible for them.

a. You must inform the therapist IMMEDIATELY after the service is completed.

Please note that it is normal for the skin to feel slightly warm, pink, or more sensitive than usual after waxing. In some cases—especially if you have thin, dry skin, have recently exfoliated, or regularly use active skincare products—minor skin peeling or lifting may also occur.
To protect your skin and promote smooth healing, please:
1. Avoid exfoliating, retinol, or chemical peels for at least three days before your waxing appointment.
2. Keep the area clean, dry, and moisturized with a soothing cream such as Aloe Vera Gel, Bepanthen, or Avene Cicalfate.
3. Avoid heat, hot showers, saunas, gym workouts, or tight clothing for 24 hours after waxing.
4. Inform the therapist if you have any sunburn, broken, or irritated skin prior to your waxing appointment.

Each individual lash is applied one by one, ensuring no contact with your skin or the roots of your natural lashes, which means your natural lashes remain unaffected.
Real lashes have a natural cycle of 2 months. If the lashes with the extensions do fall out, it is quite normal. It just means that it's just going to be replaced by a new one, so don't freak out!
